The use of Double-Valve Chambers in respiratory affections treatment is widely checked in the world since it increases the drug availability in the lung. Even if spacers and chambers are devices which increase the distance between the patient’s mouth and the MDI, only the chamber with valves system allows:

To remove the need to coordinate the aerosol shot with the inspiration (difficult action for adults and improbable for infants).
The multi valve system allows the valve to open and the medicine to get into the lungs, just by inspiring. When exhaling, it is kept closed and the medicine’s particles in suspension inside the camera are not lost by hydration.
The use of chambers decreases the drug ingestion and its permanence in the oropharynx, reducing collateral damage.
Reduces the hospitalization frequency and the treatment cost per patient.
